Kerala Assembly Election 2026:PM Narendra Modi Launches Kerala Election Campaign in Kochi, Promises ‘Viksit Kerala’

      Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday launched the election campaign for the Kerala polls during a public rally in Kochi. Addressing a large gathering, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that the people of the state are ready for political change and development.

During his speech, Modi assured voters that “progress is Modi’s guarantee” and said the Bharatiya Janata Party and the National Democratic Alliance have already prepared a detailed roadmap for a “Viksit Kerala.” He emphasized that the alliance aims to focus on infrastructure, employment generation, and economic growth if it forms the government in the state.

The Prime Minister urged the people of Kerala to give the BJP-led NDA an opportunity to govern the state for five years. According to him, the alliance is committed to bringing transparent governance and faster development. “Give us five years, and we will work tirelessly for the progress of Kerala,” he said while outlining the party’s vision for the state’s future.

Modi also highlighted the central government’s development initiatives and said similar efforts could accelerate progress in Kerala if the BJP-NDA forms the government. Party leaders present at the rally described the event as the beginning of an energetic election campaign in the state.

The rally marked a significant step in the BJP’s strategy to expand its presence in Kerala ahead of the upcoming elections.
