Online Gaming Act 2025: 300+ Illegal Betting Websites Blocked, Up to 3 Years Jail & ₹1 Crore Fine

     In a decisive step to tackle the rising issue of online gambling, the Government has blocked over 300 illegal betting and gambling websites under the newly introduced Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. Over the past few years, online betting sites have grown rapidly, attracting users with easy money and flashy promotions.
